1 Samuel 19:2
"But Jonathan, Saul's son, delighted much in David."
Here again the seeker was the initiator. Jonathan was positive towards David. I’m sure every time he met him he would say, “I love you, David.”
It was the love of the Holy Spirit that caused him to think positively rather than negatively towards David. How easily Jonathan could have had the attitude towards David that Saul had. We must learn his secret.
Ephesians 3:17 speaks of us being rooted and grounded in love. Study this.
