Tim Stafford, the author of this "Teen Issues" series, is Senior Writer for Christianity Today magazine. He has written many books, including Knowing the Face of God and Love, Sex, and the Whole Person, plus some novels. As an editor of Campus Life magazine he corresponded with thousands of teenagers concerning relationship issues. Stafford also helped found Step magazine in Nairobi, Kenya and Accra, Ghana.

He and his wife live in California and have three adult children and two grandchildren. Tim enjoys backpacking, running and baseball.
