Lesson 3: Satan

DEFINITIONS

Iniquity—wickedness, sin.

Adversary—a person who contends with or opposes another person. Satan is God's adversary because he opposes Him or is against Him.

Sorcerers—persons who are empowered by evil spirits. Persons who practice witchcraft.

Idolaters—persons who worship idols. Those who worship anything other than God.

Abominable—a person or thing that is offensive, hateful, unclean or quite disagreeable.
